Key missions

As a Deputy Project Manager you will have the responsibility ofassisting the Project Manager in managing the following major activities in theRefinery’s Operating Facilities. - Operation &Maintenance Management:

• Responsibleto develop a full understanding of the Refinery’s operating facilities.
• GenerateIncident / Accident reports and remedial action taken report.
• Advisethe Project Manager on all issues related to the Contract Managemen

- Inter DisciplinaryCoordination:

• Coordinateand liaise with Client as required

- HSE Compliance:

• Ensurecompliance to Company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) ManagementSystem.

- ContractAdministration

Candidate profile

• At least a Bachelor degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in Energy Sector, preferably in O&G
• Should have workedin similar capacity in the Oil and Gas industry and preferably in a HydrocarbonRefinery
• Should have provenrecord to show administrative capabilities to mobilize manpower and / orequipment resources at short notice during normal times, emergencies orduring planned shutdowns periods
• Good communicationskills, have an international mindset and be open-minded to new culturesand new ways of working and thinking
• Good personalmanagement and self-organization skills
• Excellent oral andwritten skills in English, Arabic would be a plus
