Role Description We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic Engineering team. As a key leader in our organization, The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and design, to deliver compelling software solutions.
- Implement and maintain Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to ensure efficient and effective project management and team collaboration.
- Drive the technical roadmap and direction of the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments.
- Strong technical background in software development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
