Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you. Responsibilities Planning of a customer engagement strategy
- Promotions - Conduct market scans and propose a promotion/ campaign roadmap for our insurance plans
- Product - Insurance is not familiar to most customers. Plan a convincing pitch to engage customers with our insurance products
- Partnerships - Build partnerships to embed our insurance offers
- Execute your planned campaigns from end-to-end. Work with internal and external stakeholders on securing marketing channels, producing campaign visuals, crafting marketing copy and selecting the leads criteria for your campaign
- Experiment with different copies and visuals
- Track website traffic and the performance of campaigns. With the data, hypothesise, make tweaks and iterate
- Monitor paid marketing campaign statistics. Flag areas which need improvement and follow-up closely with Performance Marketing team and our external agency
- Grow online-to-offline channel
- Participate in business forecasting and target setting
- Prepare forecasts for planned campaigns
- Extract data and prepare materials for reporting
- Involvement in special projects or other ad-hoc tasks
- Operational and administrative matters related to campaign setup and fulfilment
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Strong written skills and a keen eye for detail. Education or experience in marketing and insurance will be a plus
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in meetings, emails and presentation decks
- Team player with good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Able to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organise and prioritise work
- Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
