What you will do
The Regional Sales Engineer, HVAC – Services & Spare Parts will be directly reporting to the Sales Director of Applied Products of the Middle East & Africa region. You will be based in Dubai to drive sales and business growth of HVAC Services & Spare Parts of Applied Products business across the Middle East & Africa region, specifically for Chillers, AHU’s and FCU’s Services & Spare Parts sales.
You will concentrate on generating business opportunities from our current installation bases, and increase our market share with new business customers in the region. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from existing or new customers with an active installation base.
How you will do it
As an experienced Sales Engineer for HVAC Services & Spare Parts, you will have complex technical knowledge of HVAC systems to gain customers understanding of company product offerings, develop sales strategies, qualify and prioritize opportunities, maintain appropriate territory records, prepare proposals, deliver technical presentations, and perform necessary follow-ups for the successful closing of the sales, other responsibilities include;
\[ Enhance relations with existing channels and create new channels to improve and assure results, make periodical visits to ensure customers support and satisfaction
\[ Drive sales growth and self-motivated to deliver assigned territory growth for our HVAC Services, Spare Parts, AMC’s, and L&M jobs
\[ Carry out site audits to suggest new ideas for site improvements to our existing customers or any new customers with an active installation base
\[ Lead sales initiative, create regional sales strategies, and proactively share market, customers, and industry insights with the sales team and channel partners to enable the delivery of business plans
\[ Articulate market information (market prices, volume, growth, competitor actions, etc.) and propose a growth action plan for each channel in the territory to executive management
