1. Provide sales administrative support to Sales Managers.
2. Handle incoming enquiries through email, phone calls & social media.
3. Provide sales & marketing support to distributors across the Asia Pacific region.
4. Manage content on the company website and social media.
5. Liaise independently with US marketing team members to leverage their resources and capabilities for their work in the Asia Pacific.
6. Coordinate Asian language translations and proofreading for all marketing materials.
7. Prepare sales reports for management review.
8. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

1. Min. 3 years of sales and marketing experience.
2. Hands-on experience in managing external agencies & vendors.
3. High fluency in both English and Chinese.
4. Detail-minded with excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
