- Provide sales administrative support to Sales Managers.
- Handle incoming enquiries through email, phone calls & social media.
- Provide sales & marketing support to distributors across the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage content on the company website and social media.
- Liaise independently with US marketing team members to leverage their resources and capabilities for their work in the Asia Pacific.
- Coordinate Asian language translations and proofreading for all marketing materials.
- Prepare sales reports for management review.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Min. 3 years of sales and marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience in managing external agencies & vendors.
- High fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Detail-minded with excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
