About the Business Qatar will be hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ football tournament, and in doing so will become the first Middle East nation in history to stage this event. The associated construction programme will be part of a major country regeneration programme including the development of required infrastructure and non-competitive venues. CH2M HILL is the programme management contractor (PMC) responsible for the management of competition precincts, training venues, associated common domain precincts, Operations, Post Games Works and the coordination of the regeneration programme integration works, acting on behalf of the client Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee. Description and Desired Qualifications CH2M HILL Deputy Program Director – Doha, Qatar The challenge? Be at the center of a global leader in full-service engineering, consulting and construction. Our Deputy Program Director career serves as part of the executive management team for the programme management contractor (PMC) team helping our client to achieve an amazing World Cup aligned to the needs of the State of Qatar. Each day, you will be accountable for programme management integration and oversight.

1. 20+ years of industry experience managing programme functions including: programme-wide controls, risk management, stakeholder management, negotiation, planning management.
2. Previous experience managing an iconic commercial development.
3. Must have experience working with developers and first-hand delivery experience.
4. Expertise with complex multi-billion dollar programmes.
5. Understands strategic and implementation issues required in Accommodation.
6. Real estate and project development experience.
7. Familiar with demographic modeling and how to use such data to implement accommodation strategies.
8. Understands Demand and Supply management issues involved in Accommodation planning and implementation.
9. Track record in safety, running a multi-disciplined team, working with diverse stakeholders at all levels, able to negotiate win/win.
10. Prior experience with initial acquisition due diligence, analyses and strategic planning for large scale master planned communities.
11. Negotiations of purchase and sales contracts with stakeholders and developer/builders.
12. Bachelors degree required.
