Airfield Management Training Manager - Kuwait City - Amentum

The designee is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the AM training program in accordance with company and USAF regulations. The designee maintains situational awareness of airfield activities and overall responsibility for the AMOPS section while on duty to provide a safe, efficient, and effective airfield environment for aircraft operations. The designee performs regular airfield inspections and checks for safety and compliance with planning and design criteria. This includes coordinating with base agencies to meet aircrew requirements for billeting, messing, refueling, transportation, and transient aircraft maintenance. The designee procures, maintains, and produces information on safe operation of aircraft through the national and international airspace system such as Flight Information Publications, aeronautical charts and maps, NOTAM, local airfield and navigational aid status, and weather information. Main Objectives:

• Develop, implement, and manage the AM training program
• Maintain situational awareness of airfield activities
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with base agencies to meet aircrew requirements

• Graduate of an approved DoD/Airfield Managers course or equivalent
• Four years of experience in airfield management and supervision
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM Medical Exam
