About ALMOAJIL FEED Company ABDULAZIZ & SAAD ALMOAJIL FEED Company, licensed by the Saudi FOOD & Drugs Authority (SFDA), specializes in the production of Flaked Barley/corn as animal feed. The feed plant is located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. ALMOAJIL FEED products are distributed within the Eastern & Middle regions, serving end consumers such as camel, sheep, goats, and cow growers. Our quality is our main product and distinguishes us among competitors. About the Job Utilize the plant’s manpower & equipment to produce feed products at a minimum cost consistent with quality, food safety, and sanitation standards. Development & Management:
- Submit daily production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel.
- Plan production flow based on capacity availability & required sales figures.
- Review production/output records daily.
- Coordinate with the maintenance division to ensure that all plant’s equipment repairs are maintained & recorded properly.
- Consult with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities with or between departments.
- Implement quality assurance & sanitation programs consistent with company policies & official authority’s regulations.
- Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects; remedy by taking necessary corrective steps.
- Handle customer complaints properly; investigate issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Keep abreast of new developments in the feed industry and make recommendations for improving plant operations.
- Enforce all plant rules & regulations, prioritizing safety and sanitation.
- Coordinate with sales requirements regarding ideas for developing existing products and launching new products.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MECH/PROD/CHEM/INDUST.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in similar food processing plants.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in PC tools and techniques.
