About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Digital Designer to join our team, bringing a strong visual design sensibility to our luxury fragrance brand. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative & Design Manager, shaping the brand’s digital presence across web, e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing. This position requires a graphic design foundation with a digital-first mindset, focusing on web UI design, e-commerce visuals, interactive campaigns, and high-impact digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Web Design

  1. Develop visually striking landing pages, e-commerce assets, and web layouts with a luxury aesthetic.
  2. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of web designs (Shopify, Webflow).
  3. Design and refine UI elements, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital platforms.
  4. Maintain and evolve digital brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.

E-Commerce & Marketing Visuals

  1. Design engaging digital assets for online promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
  2. Optimize visuals for high engagement and conversion rates across digital platforms.
  3. Support seasonal brand campaigns with dynamic web and digital creative.

Digital Content & Social Media

  1. Create motion-enhanced visuals, interactive elements, and animations for social media and digital ads.
  2. Design compelling email templates and newsletters (Klaviyo).
  3. Ensure content aligns with luxury branding and high-end visual standards.

Digital Asset Management & Brand Consistency

  1. Organize and manage web and digital design assets for cross-team use.
  2. Ensure all digital content adheres to brand identity and premium positioning.

Role - Specific Skills

  1. Design and Layout Creation : Produce visually appealing layouts for newsletters, website banners, and other digital marketing assets. Ensure designs are optimized for each platform's specifications and meet accessibility standards.
  2. Brand Consistency : Support the Creative & Design Manager in maintaining brand consistency across all digital outputs by following brand guidelines closely and proposing improvements when necessary.
  3. Basic Video Editing : Assist in creating short video edits and animations for E-commerce channels.
  4. Content Refresh and Update : Regularly update content on digital platforms, ensuring a consistent brand message.
  5. Project Coordination : Work with digital and marketing teams to understand project requirements, deadlines, and objectives.
  6. Feedback Implementation : Act on feedback from the Creative & Design Manager and other team members to refine and improve designs.
  7. Testing and Optimization : Collaborate with the digital team to test design variations (A/B testing) on web or email campaigns.
  8. Documentation and Archiving : Organize, document, and archive completed digital projects and assets.
  9. Support in Design Research : Conduct research on design trends, competitor campaigns, and visual communication strategies.
  10. Technical Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues with digital assets.

Desired Background and Experience

  1. Graphic & Digital Design Expertise : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  2. E-Commerce & Web Design Knowledge : Understanding of e-commerce best practices and digital marketing needs.
  3. Creativity & Adaptability : Ability to translate brand storytelling into compelling digital experiences.
