1. Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs tailored to the aluminum production environment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Analyze HSE data and trends, and develop recommendations and action plans to address areas of concern and improve HSE performance in the aluminum factory.
3. Coordinate and conduct HSE training and education programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders, covering topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and risk mitigation in aluminum production.
4. Participate in emergency response planning and drills, and coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities as needed in the aluminum factory.
5. Support the development and implementation of environmental management programs, including waste management, pollution prevention, and conservation initiatives specific to aluminum production.
6. Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement throughout the organization, fostering awareness, engagement, and accountability among employees and stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
3. Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in a similar industry such as aluminum production.
4. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices specific to aluminum production.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans.
7. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
