Club General Manager

We are in search of a Club General Manager for our Kuwait Clubs. Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring operational excellence in the Club
2. Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
3. Operations and maintaining high scores through the quarterly Brand Standards Audits
4. Recruit and train new hires on business practices
5. Drive new member sales
6. Deliver member journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training and Group Exercise Strategies
7. Recruit, develop & coach team members
8. Drive retention strategy for the business
9. Manage Profit and Loss for the club to deliver key stakeholder returns

1. Degree in Sports Management/Sports Science Coaching and Sports Qualifications REPS L2 or L3
2. Strong communication skills
3. Passion for fitness and living the brand
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
5. Great coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
6. Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager in the Kuwait market.
7. Preferable with a driving license.
8. Transferable employment visa.
9. Extensive fitness industry management experience is a prerequisite to apply!
