Viola Communications is looking for a Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing assigned client accounts, overall customer satisfaction, and revenue generation through retaining and increasing client accounts. Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver on agreed targets for accounts in terms of revenue and profitability regarding products and services.
  2. Provide high-level direct client contact.
  3. Properly deliver products and services in accordance with goals and objectives of the client.
  4. Drive revenue through long-term, high value contacts.
  5. Consult with clients on their exhibition/marketing/fit-out needs and creatively design concept and solution packages.
  6. Create, maintain and execute a strategic sales plan.
  7. Continuously develop new business prospects through application of various sales tactics.
  8. Make service calls on existing clients to achieve customer satisfaction, develop new business opportunities, and achieve upselling/cross-selling objectives.
  9. Provide continuous service throughout the campaign in order to achieve renewal business.
  10. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in exhibition solutions (road shows, mall activations, Fit Outs (commercial and retail) and Solutions (Technical consultancy, Manufacturing, Installation, Finishing works, Artwork and printing), Global exhibition management, scenography, and contracting).
  3. Excellent communication and 'people skills'.
  4. Good planning and organizational skills.
  5. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
