Responsibilities: Directly responsible for the Field Service Job Execution of the following products: Pure Ballast System, Marine Separators, Freshwater Generators, and Plate Heat Exchangers. Responsibilities include:

  1. Quality of Service report
  2. Updating reports and settings in CRM tool
  3. Timely update of timesheets
  4. Customer satisfaction survey report
Indirectly responsible for the overall Regional Service & Marine objectives and growth targets. Key Tasks:
  • Undertaking servicing of equipment as per customer satisfaction and on time.
  • Meeting Field service KPIs aligned with customer requirements.
  • Exploring business development opportunities.
  • Supporting warranty claim handling.
  • Exploring opportunities for new performance agreements/service contracts.
  • Acquiring up-to-date technical knowledge about products and applications.
  • Capturing and updating installed base.
Safety:
  • Ensure use of adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during every service visit.
  • Adhere to safety instructions/policy diligently.
  • Report safety issues and ensure safe working conditions.
Market Intelligence, Customer Insight, Customer Satisfaction:
  • Resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
  • Proactive recommendation to customers for timely purchase of spares.
  • Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
  • Communicate product-related change notifications.
  • Train customers on installed products.
  • Receive/gather customer insights and feedback and communicate/act on them.
  • Communicate sales leads to the sales organization.
