Job Title: SAP Functional Analyst - Sales & Distribution (SD) Qualifications:

- Design and Configuration: Design, configure, test, deploy, and support SAP SD requirements.
- Functional Expertise: Provide hands-on configuration responsibilities in areas such as Enterprise and Sales Organization Structure, Quotes, Order Processing, Third-party orders, Sales order types, Returns, ATP, Credit Management, Pricing, Promotions, Allocation, Mass document change, Delivery Processing, Master data of SD (BP, material master, credit info), Billing, consignments, rebates, and SD Outputs.
- Best Practices: Utilize SAP S4 best practices to design, configure, develop, test, and deploy an integrated ERP solution with SAP S/4 HANA at the core.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance to the business on the appropriate use of the SAP system through multiple releases, and guide team members with best practice processes and data management.
- Change Coordination: Coordinate SAP changes internally and with partners, and assist in identifying recommendations for enhancements and changes that may involve custom design, optional, and third-party products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system.
- Technical Collaboration: Provide necessary technical information to the ABAP team for coding, and consult users on technology changes that will improve/optimize work processes.
- Interface Management: Design and manage interfaces related to data and processes within the Order to Cash function, including Outdoor Sales App and E-commerce.
- Issue Resolution: Partner with ERP solution integrators to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the system, serve as a point of contact for power users, and perform problem identification and spot training to prevent problem reoccurrence and facilitate knowledge transfer. Escalate tier 2 problems to appropriate support.
- Testing and Documentation: Develop and implement testing scenarios, create quality documentation (business process documents, configuration documents, process flows), and partner in developing and implementing end-user training and materials for internal associates and all field locations.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations and monitoring related to the SD Module, such as POS/Magento & Mobile Nav interface and iDocs monitoring.
- Manage 3rd Party Apps: Manage third-party applications related to SD, such as the outdoor mobility sales application LS Retail Mobile Nav, including integration of inbound/outbound masters with SAP S/4 HANA, configuration of devices for the sales team, and training of end-users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP SD in a global trading/retail environment using SAP S/4 HANA.
- 5+ years of experience in the configuration of SAP order-to-cash processes, including sales order processing and retail systems.
- Knowledge of outbound/inbound ABAP interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs to/from Middleware, and flat files is a plus.
- Experience with S/4 HANA and full life-cycle implementations.
- Experience in Fiori is a plus.
- Certification in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with heightened problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage and train people.
- Very detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Order-To-Cash/Order management business processes and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
