Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations. About The Role Are you passionate about optimizing travel programs and delivering exceptional service? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage RX’s day-to-day Staff Travel operations. This role involves supervising agents, coordinating travel for corporate events, and ensuring the effective use of our seat inventory. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, analyse travel data, and implement innovative solutions to optimise employee travel experiences, whilst maintaining cost-efficiency. In this role, you’ll develop and oversee staff travel strategies, deliver training, and ensure seamless communication between employees, departments, and external travel agents. Your ability to monitor performance metrics and provide technical input in projects impacting staff travel will contribute to RX’s success towards fostering an efficient and cost-effective travel program. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of sound experience within the travel industry (ideally in reservations, call centers, revenue management, or airport operations). You have knowledge of traditional ticketing processes, staff travel policies, and cost management, with the ability to coordinate trips, find alternatives, and challenge costs when necessary.
