Repair and Maintenance Scheduling Specialist
تفاصيل الوظيفة
Prepares production schedules. Establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion dates. Responsibilities:
- Date manages new orders as per procedure
- Revise pick date, ship date and ship date as per production meetings
- Raise work order, communicate with production/workshop/buyers/machine shop to ensure all necessary work is completed
- Identify key list of orders and chase up with buyers and planners on these daily
- Communicate with vendors for key purchase order items as well
- Any other tasks requested by the planning supervisor/manager or the manufacturing manager
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all departments to ensure positive results.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 1-3 years planning/scheduling experience in an MRP-driven manufacturing environment.
- College degree in business or technical discipline
- Preferably someone with Repair and Maintenance experience
