About the Role: Our architectural design firm seeks freelance, commission-based Business Development/Sales Representatives across the GCC (KSA, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, etc.) to secure new projects for our talented team of designers across various sectors, including:

  • Residential: High-end residential projects, including luxury homes, apartments, and interior design.
  • Commercial: Office spaces, retail stores, hospitality venues (hotels, restaurants), and other commercial establishments.
  • Hospitality & F&B: Restaurants, bars, cafes, and other food and beverage establishments.
  • Retail: Brand experiences, pop-up shops, and retail store design.
  • Experiential: Museums, exhibitions, and other unique and engaging experiences.
We are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented individuals with strong networking skills and existing connections within the construction and development industries of the GCC. This is a commission-based opportunity, offering a percentage of the total contract value for each successful project acquisition. Commissions are structured to align with the client's payment milestones as detailed in the project contract. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new project opportunities within the construction and development sectors across the GCC.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Represent our firm professionally and effectively.
  • Generate new business leads.
