Job Purpose Summary: The Senior CX Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Customer Experience platforms (Genesys, Zendesk, Avaya AXP, etc.) , including apps, widgets, and integrations with other systems using SDKs and APIs. The Senior CX Developer acts as the guru in redefining customer support through cutting-edge CX development. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using CX platforms (Genesys, Zendesk Sunshine, Avaya AXP, etc.).
- Create and enhance CX apps, widgets, and integrate with other systems using APIs and SDKs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CX instances with other systems.
- Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate data flow between CX platforms and various applications.
- Implement automation rules and custom workflows to enhance customer support processes.
- Continuously assess and improve automation strategies to align with business goals.
- Stay informed about the latest CX apps and tools available in the marketplace.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement relevant apps to improve the functionality of CX solutions.
- Provide technical support, collaborating with IT and other teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Testing of custom developments to identify and address potential issues.
- Promote company’ image and communicate quality messages at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Expert skills using SDKs, REST APIs, React, Vue.js, JavaScript, Handlebars, Ruby on Rails, Backbone.js, Python, and MySQL.
- 5 Years experience as a Software Developer using APIs and SDKs.
- 5 Years experience with CX platforms (Genesys, Zendesk, Avaya AXP, etc.).
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing the CX platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer support processes and best practices.
- CX App Developer Expert Certificate.
