HR Specialist (L&D and Performance Management)

Benori ( is looking for a Senior Analyst for the HR Team with a focus on L&D, Talent and Performance Management. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end strategy and execution to drive learning and development focus for the organization along with setting up robust performance and talent management processes. Operating as a senior member of the team, you will help to proactively build strong talent strategy to ensure capability and skill building. What you will do ? Learning and Development
- Create and deliver effective learning and development framework for the organization
- Facilitate learning and development programs that drive professional growth
- Conduct regular TNAs for all staff to identify skill gaps and develop learner pathways
- Act as the content custodian, and maintain relevant training documents and materials
- Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
- Monitor and review trainees' progress through LMS systems and Manager feedback
- Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching framework.
- Ensure adherence and governance of periodic performance reviews
- Empower managers and employees with tools and strategies to enhance team/individual performance
- Develop Performance Management tool kits for all roles
- Contribute to top talent development and succession plans
- Self-Starter with high ownership
- Ability to navigate in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment
- High on execution and delivery
- Willingness to contribute new ideas
- 3-5 years of experience in HR function
- Should have prior experience and good knowledge of key elements in L&D and performance management
