An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Sales and Marketing in the Red Sea region. About the Job:

  • Develops and oversees the execution of the annual commercial plan, setting and achieving sales targets aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drives innovative sales and marketing initiatives, providing leadership to enhance business performance and market presence.
  • Establishes and ensures adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Upholds Jumeirah Brand Standards, ensuring consistency across all sales and marketing activities.
  • Regularly evaluates departmental processes to maximize profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously assesses product offerings and branding strategies, ensuring a creative and innovative approach to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Demonstrates and maintains a professional appearance that reflects the brand’s high standards.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Fosters open communication through regular one-on-one and team meetings to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Identifies and nurtures strategic relationships with business partners to drive growth and opportunities.
About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Background in 5-star hotel s with experience in corporate, MICE, and group sales preferred.
  • UAE/Middle East experience with a focus on GCC and leisure market knowledge.
  • Strong sales business development experience in the hospitality industry.
