Principal Project Planner - RIY00P7 Primary Location: SAU-ARD-Riyadh Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management projects using computer-based planning and scheduling techniques.
Act as the focal point for recommending training and development requirements for subordinate planning personnel.
Demonstrate expertise in Primavera Project Planning software.
Implement modifications to provide a cost-effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU.
Demonstrate singular major project planning skills.
Communicate effectively with others (verbally, in writing, and during meetings).
Apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detailed Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules.
Apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure, status, and monitor performance.
Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge approach to Project Management techniques.
Negotiate, mediate, delegate, lead a team, or participate as a team member effectively.
Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for the BU; understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Understand and apply HSE procedures to ensure safety in the workplace.
Understand and apply the procedures forming the Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant subject.
Computer-based Project Management Planning experience (especially utilizing Primavera P3/P6 package or equivalent).
Experience in Project/Schedule set-up in P6/Cloud for large global projects with multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
