noon is the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're seven years in, but only 5% done. Our mission: Ring every doorbell, every day. Role Overview: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key retail and distribution accounts within the beauty segment, ensuring the successful growth and promotion of our beauty products. This individual will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive product placement, optimize sales performance, and execute category growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, strong account management skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to drive category growth.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to optimize product placement, assortment, and promotions for increased sales.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory levels and product offerings meet market trends and customer needs.
  4. Partner with marketing to create campaigns and in-store activations that enhance product visibility and sales.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account performance, providing actionable insights.
  6. Negotiate favorable terms with partners and manage contracts to align with business objectives.
  7. Align with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and account objectives.
What You'll Need:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods.
  3. Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
  4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  6. Knowledge of retail merchandising, product assortment, and promotional planning.
  7. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
