Job Title: Director of Asset Management Location: Jeddah, KSA Role Overview: The Director of Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the company’s real estate and investment portfolio. This role requires strategic planning, financial analysis, risk management, and operational oversight to maximize asset value and investment returns. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Asset Management:

Develop and execute asset management strategies to enhance portfolio value and profitability.
Lead asset optimization initiatives, including repositioning, refinancing, and divestment strategies.
Identify and implement cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.

Financial & Investment Analysis:

Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation analysis for real estate and investment assets.
Monitor market trends and economic indicators to assess investment risks and opportunities.
Oversee capital expenditure planning and ensure effective budget allocation.

Operational & Risk Management:

Ensure all assets are maintained efficiently to maximize long-term value.
Identify and mitigate risks related to property management, market fluctuations, and regulatory compliance.
Establish and implement policies for effective asset governance and risk control.

Portfolio Performance & Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset performance.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management and investors on portfolio performance and investment strategies.
Optimize lease structures and rental income strategies to maximize returns.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with investors, tenants, financial institutions, and government entities.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure seamless operations.
Represent the company at industry events and investment forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or property portfolio management.
Strong financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic planning skills.
Proven track record in optimizing large-scale real estate portfolios.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in asset management software and financial analysis tools.
