As the Manager of Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new users, retain existing ones, and drive sales for our FinTech mobile app. You will lead a multifaceted team to enhance user growth, engagement, and revenue. Your role will be pivotal in achieving our business objectives and strengthening our market position. Key Accountabilities:

  1. Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to acquire new users for the mobile app through various channels including digital marketing, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
  2. Retention Programs: Design and execute retention strategies to increase user engagement and reduce churn, including personalized communication, loyalty programs, and customer feedback initiatives.
  3. Sales Leadership: Oversee and manage sales activities to drive revenue growth, including developing sales tactics, optimizing the sales funnel, and managing key accounts.
  4. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of acquisition specialists, retention managers, and sales representatives, promoting a culture of performance and collaboration.
  5. Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, retention rates, and sales metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to target specific customer segments and maximize impact.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of acquisition, retention, and sales strategies with overall business goals and product development.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the budget for acquisition, retention, and sales activities, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving a high return on investment.
  9. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on acquisition, retention, and sales performance, including actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
  1. 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, retention, and sales roles, with a strong background in the FinTech or tech industry preferred.
