  1. Sales – Individual and Area
  2. Achieve sales, profitability, and collection targets for the sales team in the Area.
  3. Increase customer base with quality customers.
  4. Closely interact with customers, understand and identify their needs.
  5. Demonstrate products on site to customers and establish their suitability to customers’ needs.
  6. Identify, well in advance, upcoming projects.
  7. Fully investigate and ascertain the credibility of new customers before appointment, adhering to prescribed procedures including completion of the “Customer Profile” form.
  8. Ensure satisfactory level of after-sales service.
  9. Ensure adherence to budgeted levels of stock and receivables.
  10. Strive to avoid bad debts and obsolescence of materials.
  11. Attend promptly to customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
  12. Clearly understand and adhere to the warranty policy of Sika.
  13. Closely interact with consultants and contractors.
  14. Communicate credit period and payment terms to customers clearly.
  15. Assist the debt collector whenever called upon.
  16. Ensure completeness of sales documentation, which will be a prerequisite if a receivable turns doubtful and legal action is required.
  17. Train, evaluate, direct, supervise, and control the sales staff in the Area, assisting them in the achievement of their targets.
  18. Initiate steps to procure products required through Central Logistics Coordinator / Regional Sales Manager.
  19. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  20. Ensure submission of quality certificates, data sheets, and product brochures wherever necessary.
  21. Ensure submission of invoices and other related documents to customers without delay.
  22. Complete monthly reports and forecast requests.
Principal Accountabilities
  1. Cooperate with the Supply Chain team including Customer Service team for in-bound customer orders and a Sourcing team for out-bound orders to and from third-party vendors and Sika companies.
  2. Establish appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) for on-time deliveries, order fulfilment accuracy, full-truck loading; manage these KPIs for minimum cost and maximum performance.
  3. Provide support to Sales in a variety of areas including sales forecasting, product release schedules, returns, product samples, and other special product requests.
Qualifications
  1. (BA/BBA) in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related field.
  2. Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively in English and Arabic.
  3. Bilingual Arab native speaker.
