Homologation & Test Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the necessary test strategies.
  2. Plan and coordinate the test activities.
  3. Dynamic adaptation of the test content based on the regular software releases.
  4. Actively collaborate with the engineering teams to ensure products are designed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Preparation of necessary documentation for Homologation.
  6. Contribution to a continuous improvement process.
Qualifications:
  1. University degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Computer Science or similar.
  2. Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive embedded system testing with at least 5 years as Test Manager, preferably in ADAS projects.
  3. Strong experience in the Homologation of Automotive Electronic Components.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness.
  6. Proactive and independent way of working.
