The Study & Design Manager Contract Manager shall be responsible for all aspects of managing the Study & design process for the preparation of qualified bids, including technical and commercial proposals. Responsibilities:

Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization.
Provide a monthly report to management on the bidding process.
Prepare the proposal in alignment with the Employers (client) & project requirements & specifications.
Manage control of project bonds.
Manage submission of project plans.
Manage vendors, subcontractors negotiation, and obtain competitive proposals.
Ensure all submitted tenders comply with Quality, Safety, Environment, and regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain records of submitted bids and client correspondence.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum Experience:

7+ years of experience in bidding and successfully preparing competitive bids for EPC turnkey projects in medium voltage and high voltage electrical substations in KSA, such as 33 & 69 KV and 132kV/220KV systems involving supervision, inspection, erection, commissioning, and testing of substations and associated equipment.
Extensive experience in SEC processes, standards, and approved vendors.
Strong connections with substation vendors locally and globally.
Experience in ISO 9000 systems.

Strategic thinking and planning.
Risk management and decision making.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple bids under tight deadlines.
