DBB Dubai, UAE Posted 3 days ago Expires in 2 months Ref: JB1100012023 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee villa construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Job Responsibility:
- Plan and manage villa construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor progress, track expenses, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing villa construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Certification in project management is a plus.
