Elite Swim Team Kuwait is a leading aquatic company in Kuwait offering various Sports programs and event management services and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging basketball training sessions for players of varying skill levels.
• Teach fundamental basketball skills, techniques, and strategies.
• Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive environment for all players.
• Monitor and evaluate player progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Organize and oversee practice drills, scrimmages, and game preparations.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training and games.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to align training programs with organizational goals.

• Proven experience as a basketball player or coach (high school, college, or professional level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching the game.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
• Valid residency visa in Kuwait (if applicable).
