Job Summary A BIM Manager is responsible for implementing and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle, working with various stakeholders to ensure effective BIM adoption. - Producing General Clash Matrix and detailed clash matrix.
- Defining required parameters (LOI).
- Providing technical advice to team members.
- Creating and publishing the Federated Model.
- Organizing folder structure in required Common Data Environment (CDE).e.g., BIM 360.
- Ensuring implementation within BS EN ISO 19650 standards.
- Preparing QA/QC checklist for different BIM software e.g., Revit.
- Collaborating with BIM Coordinators.
- Publishing Models on BIM 360.
- Implementing BIM training modules for key staff.
- Providing technical assistance to BIM lead.
- Preparation of validation reports for milestone BIM package submissions.
- Delivering submission drawings and 3D models in various formats.
