Company Description TheLoyaltyApp is an innovative software service provider based in Dubai, specializing in individualized loyalty benefits apps for Android, iOS, and websites. Our solution is feature-rich, automated, and continuously updated to deliver the best user experience for both businesses and customers. Base Salary: 2,500-3,500 AED per month. Commission Structure: 75% total commission on any subscription sold, paid throughout the year. This structure rewards your efforts in driving sales and contributes significantly to your overall earnings. Visa: Provided Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join our team at TheLoyaltyApp in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving growth and expansion through strategic sales efforts. The successful candidate will engage in sales presentations, cultivate strong relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and spearhead new business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct engaging sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our loyalty apps.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  3. Provide top-tier customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position TheLoyaltyApp effectively.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
  8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices related to loyalty programs and software solutions.
  10. Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote TheLoyaltyApp and enhance visibility.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in sales presentations and relationship building.
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  3. Expertise in new business development and lead generation.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  5. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  7. Knowledge of loyalty programs or software sales is an advantage.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.

Targets

  1. Achieve a minimum of 15% increase in sales quarterly.
  2. Develop at least 15 new client relationships each month.
  3. Maintain a customer satisfaction rate of 95% or higher.
  4. Generate a minimum of 500 qualified leads per month through networking and outreach efforts.

Compensation Package

The compensation package for the Outside Sales Representative includes: Base Salary: 2,500-3,500 AED per month.
