Asset Manager - Value Proposition - Business Banking
تفاصيل الوظيفة
Graduate / post-graduate with preferred specialization in marketing, finance, banking or related discipline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years relevant experience
- 5-6 years of Product management segment experience
- Sales and strategy experience an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to identify and realize new opportunities
- Local market knowledge advantage. TBS/ cash management experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an absolute must
Skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the dynamics of Business Banking and Customer Insight
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Able to identify problems, cultivate solutions, and create/deliver presentations to senior management
- Resourceful, self-confident, entrepreneurially focused, creative problem solver with prior experience developing business and operational strategies and can tactically implement proposed recommendations
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills, who can think creatively and strategically while building cross-functional and cross-divisional relationships
- Strong analytical and influencing skills required.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and project management skills
- Knowledge in market research process
