Assistant Restaurant Manager – Dean and Deluca

Dean & Deluca is a food adventure. The Role: You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all restaurant operations are in line with company procedures, supervise team members, and ensure quality and hygiene standards are met. As well as the day-to-day responsibilities, you will work closely with the Operations team and business management to ensure that targets are met and exceeded. You will have/be:

1. Experience of managing a high number of dedicated and energetic individuals
2. Excellent communication skills in English
3. Computer knowledge
4. At least 3 years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
