1. Education: Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy preferred).
2. Experience: 0-4 years in solar panel systems or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Skills: Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and panel installations, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Experience with PV simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst) is a plus.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
5. Location: Candidates must be based in Kuwait.
