Your tasks:In this position you will be managing and implementing the production facility with automated, digitalized, high technology equipped production which produces in a highly efficient Lean oriented process. The production facility has two main areas, one is the coil mass production line, and the other one is for the classic GÃ¼ntner Heat exchange product.Lead and manage the Operational processes in coordination with the department leadersDevelop the operational strategy in collaboration with Board and the department leadersLead and support organizational, product, technology, and innovation projectsResearch the competition, at trade fairs and in other business areas of technology, automation, and digitalization to always be up to dateDevelopment of solution strategies or recommendations for action for optimal project implementation and efficient use of resourcesMonitor the internal lean projects and activities in collaboration with the Lean ManagersMarket analysis from competitor related to new technology and production processesKeep in touch with the current suppliers about their new developmentParticipation in project tasks to increase cost optimization / competitivenessClose and early cooperation with internal partners from purchasing, sales, IT, service, etc. to increase cost optimization / competitivenessCross-company organization and coordination of operative and strategic Operational tasksContinuous monitoring of new production technologies and processesYour skills:With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.University degree, preferably production technology / business managementProfound professional experience in the operational and strategic management of production sites in an international groupKnowledge in Management and in process organizationLeadership experience and excellent coordination and organizational skillsProfessional knowledge in mass production of heat exchangersKnowledge in production technologies, Automation and connection technologyStrong analytical and strategic thinking, hands-on mentality and are open for change and proactive thinkingBring a high level of drive and enthusiasm, negotiating skills and assertivenessTarget oriented and good problem-solving skillsFluent Business English, another language would be an advantageHave we sparked your interest?We are looking forward to receiving your application.
