As a HIV system solutions manager , you will proactively engage with key stakeholders, both external and internal, ensuring GSK/ViiV portfolio is accessible for all target populations.
- Put patients’ needs and timely access to the HIV GSK/ViiV portfolio first. The HIV system solutions manager will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining an optimal patient journey in HIV centres.
- Ensure creative solutions to healthcare systems are identified and executed, leveraging market insights, patient journey leakage points, and technology evolution in Saudi.
- Support market shaping strategies and execution for innovative HIV solutions, including LA treatments and prevention.
- Develop business partner relationships with senior stakeholders, including MOH medical supplies, clusters, NAP, etc., to customize and negotiate win/win value propositions.
- Ensure products are available “on the shelf,” fulfilling demand by accounts and securing accuracy and integration of inputs on patient screens and other systems.
- Lead patient-centric projects to ensure optimal patient experience.
- Provide portfolio and disease area information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement strategic and innovative solutions tailored to customer needs, focusing on validated critical points in the patient journey.
- Apply Agile and Design Thinking methodologies in creating new solutions for the HIV business.
- Maintain a positive working environment within the team, fostering collaborative teamwork and an inspiring culture.
- Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies, and local regulations.
- Act as a GSK ambassador for HIV, leading relationship-building with the external environment (External Experts, Relevant Government Bodies, Healthcare Institutions, and Societies).
- Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies, and local regulations.
- Achieve GSK basic standards in disease and product knowledge.
- Spend >70% of time in the field.
- Meet GSK standards of performance management.
- Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback.
- Care for GSK assets and optimize company resources.
- Develop robust partnerships with GSK partners.
- Monitor the demand process from ordering to delivery in strict compliance with GSK standards and guidance.
- Develop detailed Annual Strategic Account Plans.
- Continuously monitor GSK competitors to enrich GSK plans and advise on competitor-related decisions via approved channels.
- Act as a custodian of GSK's reputation internally and externally.
- Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies, and local regulations.
- Complete field activities in a timely manner.
- Meet defined skills standards measured by in-field coaching.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working with Pharma or Healthcare companies in KSA, preferably in the central region.
- Experience in projects related to patient journey development and leakage point interventions is advantageous.
- Strong track record.
- MOH license is a must.
- Specialty/Infectious disease medicines experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the patient journey concept.
- Good understanding of key account management, business plan development, and execution.
- Forecasting and planning skills.
- Ideally, should have managed large hospitals and engaged in purchasing/stock management and access to new products.
- Demonstrate drive for performance and a business development mindset.
- Effective use of key software products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Professional negotiation skills.
- Unmatched sense of customer service and satisfaction.
