Operational Audit Manager Job Description Is able to elevate SPL's intellectual talent in own Operational Audit discipline by connecting or introducing leading-edge theories, techniques, and/or technologies to the designated function. May lead others to solve complex problems and is able to proactively identify and solve problems associated with SPL's Operational Audit management, mitigating or re-defining its impact on the organization's management and direction of business. Recommendations and expertise may highly influence the development of SPL's Operational Audit strategy. Manage operational risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend controls. Refine audit procedures by collaborating with leadership to improve audit procedures and reduce risks. Oversee operations audits and ensure support for the internal audit team. Create a comprehensive operations audit plan aligned with the annual audit. Work with operational teams to implement audit findings and address risks. Communicate audit result key findings and recommendations from operations audits for informed decisions. Skills Drives Results, Collaborates, Instills Trust, Customer Focus, Audit Data Analysis, Audit Reporting and Advisory, Audit Process Understanding and Documentation, Corporate Risk Management.
