Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Utilize expertise in property management to drive value enhancement and asset performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and maintain high standards across properties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in property management.
- Strong background in Engineering preferred.
- Proven track record in optimizing property performance and asset value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
