Floral Designer As a Floral Designer for our flower shop in Bayan, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for our clients. Your creativity and eye for detail will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
2. Select the appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials based on the client's preferences and event theme.
3. Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner while considering color combinations, textures, and shapes.
4. Ensure all arrangements are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
5. Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools to ensure availability for upcoming events.
6. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
7. Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer innovative ideas to clients.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.
2. Creativity and artistic ability to design visually appealing arrangements.
3. Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their care instructions.
4. Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required.
