Join Our Team as an Associate Vice President - Liability Portfolio Manager! Are you ready to take your career to the next level? At RAKBANK, we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Liability Portfolio Manager to lead our portfolio initiatives and drive business growth. If you have a passion for analytics and a knack for strategic planning, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Implement portfolio management frameworks from operational and business tracking perspective.
- Define business tracking mechanisms and reporting to support business objectives such as fee revenue, profitability, cost optimization, portfolio attrition, concentration, monthly customer/accounts count, and related portfolio metrics.
- Regularly identify key opportunity segments to drive incremental revenue and improve portfolio metrics.
- Implement portfolio segmentation and engagement frameworks with regular tracking and reporting to support overall portfolio growth.
- Analyze portfolio performance to identify profitable products, customers, and segments.
- Set up review and performance monitoring frameworks before, during, and after campaign and initiative periods.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize campaign elements such as creatives, messaging, targeting, and communication channel effectiveness.
- Identify and remediate data gaps.
- Manage vendor relationships to secure the best possible campaign rewards, offers, and discounts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree; a professional certification is beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, data analytics, or portfolio governance.
