Junior Social Media Community Manager and Lead Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Manage social media inboxes and respond to audience inquiries promptly.
- Track and organize leads generated from the website, email, and social media.
- Follow up on leads and engage with the community to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover process.
- Monitor and moderate online discussions and comments.
- Create reports on community engagement and lead conversion.
- Implement strategies to grow and strengthen the online community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
