Responsibilities
- Identifying and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking while building a strong employer brand to engage potential candidates effectively.
- Evaluating candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through thorough screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the right match for the organization's needs.
- Maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Conducting interviews via phone or in-person.
- Qualifying or rejecting candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serving as the contact person for questions from candidates.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working as a recruiter for a minimum of 2 years in GCC in an agency or in-house.
