Responsibilities

Identifying and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking while building a strong employer brand to engage potential candidates effectively.
Evaluating candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through thorough screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the right match for the organization's needs.
Maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Conducting interviews via phone or in-person.
Qualifying or rejecting candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Serving as the contact person for questions from candidates.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience working as a recruiter for a minimum of 2 years in GCC in an agency or in-house.
