Luxury French Brassware - Regional Sales Manager (Dubai)
MRF, the distinguished French brassware manufacturers, crafts exquisite bathroom fittings and door hardware from our two Parisian ateliers. Through our prestigious brands - Cristal & Bronze, Serdaneli, Margot, and Miroir Brot - we grace the world's finest hotels, palaces, yachts, and villas. Following our recent growth in the Middle East, we seek a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our Dubai operations and elevate our presence in the region's luxury design sphere.The Role
Lead strategic development across the Middle East, cultivating relationships with elite interior designers, architects, and developers. Initially solo with planned expansion to build and lead a local team.Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute regional strategy alongside Managing Director
- Drive business growth within the luxury interior design market
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with our technical team in Paris
- Monitor and report on market dynamics
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven business developer in luxury interiors, preferably with bathroom fittings expertise
- Technical authority with consultative selling skills
- Natural relationship builder with exceptional communication finesse
- Comfortable with extensive regional travel
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French advantageous)
- Proficient with Office Suite and Pipedrive CRM
