What’s On Your Plate?

  1. Service quality needs to be consistent for all the brands across 7 emirates.
  2. Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/restaurants.
  3. Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients/restaurants and the company.
  4. Optimize the restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time).
  5. Maintain regular relationships with various stakeholders from the brand.
  6. Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase the areas of growth and areas of potential improvement.
  7. Provide and maintain high service levels to the brands to ensure a seamless experience to both customers and partners.
  8. Work internally with the various departments to ensure all requirements of the brand are met.
  9. Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand on SalesForce.
What Did We Order? An Ideal Candidate For This Role Would Have
  1. In-depth knowledge of the Food Industry Market and e-commerce.
  2. Knowledge of professional proposal, pricing model, and CRM.
  3. Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution.
  4. Proficient in Excel.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Minimum 4-5 years of full-time professional experience in a related field.
