Reporting To: HR Manager Key Responsibilities

  1. Assists with day-to-day HR functions and duties by providing administrative assistance.
  2. Keeps HR records, papers, and documentation up to date by constantly updating the employee directory.
  3. Familiar with the procedure of renewing and transferring residency online.
  4. Processes personnel-related documentation and generates reports by compiling data from the employee registry.
  5. Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations by recording their requests and acting on them.
  6. Conducts initial orientation to newly hired employees by inducting them when they start to work.
  7. Has experience in recruiting candidates by posting vacant positions on job listing sites/boards.
  8. Takes part in hiring by identifying top candidates, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.
  9. Processes incoming emails by answering them and directing them to the relevant authorities.
  10. Fosters a positive work environment by managing employee relations tasks like settling conflicts, performing performance evaluations, enforcing disciplinary measures, offering counselling, and handling employee complaints.
Skills
  1. Requirement open for bilingual male Arab & Indian nationals only.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  3. Experience of 2-5 years in similar field.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
