Head Chef Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Kuwait City. This is a full-time on-site position responsible for creating and executing innovative dessert menus that align with our brand's commitment to health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Design and prepare new dessert creations that meet the demands of our health-conscious customer base.
• Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and excellence.
• Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory and ordering supplies to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

Requirements:

• Culinary Expertise: Proficiency in culinary techniques, menu planning, and food preparation methods.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and managing kitchen operations.
• Dietary Knowledge: Familiarity with special diets such as keto, vegan, and sugar-free.
• Food Safety Certification: Valid certification in food safety and sanitation.
• Creativity: Ability to innovate and develop new recipes that align with our brand's values.
• Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage kitchen operations and team members.
• Industry Experience: Relevant work experience in the food industry, preferably in a similar role or with a reputable restaurant group.
• Culinary Education: A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
