At Maharah, we work on elevating the human resources sector in the region by providing manpower services for the public and private sectors and meeting the needs of the local market through an integrated service, including the services of the business sector, the individuals sector, Esnad Maharah Nationalization Program and the talent hub platform services. Maharah aims to provide the market with national and foreign manpower, highly qualified in more than 280 professions, as well as providing innovative solutions to human resources departments in various sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Labor Market Trends Analysis: Oversee periodic studies of the labor market to ensure the development of comprehensive and competitive reward policies in line with best practices and ensure effective benchmarking implementation.
  2. Reward Strategies Development: Adopt and design appropriate reward policies and types (salaries, bonuses, benefits) to enhance the company's attractiveness and retain talents, while monitoring their impact on organizational performance.
  3. Comprehensive Management of Reward Programs: Oversee the implementation of reward and benefits programs and ensure their alignment with company objectives, while monitoring the efficiency of spending related to these programs.
  4. Strategic Human Resource Planning: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to the company's strategy and periodically review performance reports to ensure human resource goals are met.
  5. Performance Management: Establish policies and set standards for evaluating job performance in line with the company vision and supervise the regular updating of performance management systems.
  6. Employee Motivation and Development: Design incentive programs for outstanding employees to develop their skills and establish targeted development plans to improve the productivity of underperforming employees in coordination with the training and development department.
  7. Strategic Coordination with Departments: Supervise the collection and unification of annual performance goals from various departments, providing necessary support to achieve alignment between operational plans and strategic objectives.
  8. Performance Evaluation Oversight: Lead comprehensive performance evaluation processes using methods such as 360-degree feedback and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations to be submitted to senior management.
  9. Performance Data Management: Ensure the existence of a centralized and comprehensive database for evaluating employee performance and periodically review it to maintain the accuracy and continuity of information.
  10. Monitoring Human Resource Costs: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial costs associated with employees, ensuring compliance with financial plans and the company's strategy.
  11. Reporting to Senior Management: Provide periodic reports to senior management that include performance analysis and achievement indicators, along with developmental suggestions to support institutional goals.
  12. Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure full compliance with confidentiality in all aspects of work, especially regarding sensitive data and information.
  13. Leading Continuous Improvement: Oversee regular meetings with all departments to identify performance gaps and adopt appropriate corrective plans in collaboration with relevant departments.
  14. Supervising the Design of Balanced Scorecards: Monitor the development of institutional performance evaluation models in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring their alignment with the overall strategy.
  15. Strategic Development of Incentive Systems: Adopt comprehensive and fair incentive systems to improve overall performance and ensure talent retention, enhancing employee loyalty.
  16. Assignment of Additional Tasks: Carry out any additional tasks related to the nature of the work or requested by senior management to achieve the company's objectives.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Minimum required experience for the job: 5-7 years.
