The Human Resources and Administration Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and executing all human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This includes overseeing the entire employee life cycle, from attracting and hiring talent to managing employee development and transitions. The role is designed to ensure that HR practices are aligned with the organization's objectives while maintaining a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding :

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions into the organization and culture.
Employee Development & Performance Management :
  • Design and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and set development goals.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
  • Manage career development initiatives and succession planning.
Employee Relations :
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring fair and effective resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on workplace policies and ensure consistent application across the organization.
Compensation & Benefits Management :
  • Administer employee compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards for compensation and benefits.
Compliance & Legal :
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that promote legal compliance and ethical practices.
Offboarding & Exit Management :
  • Manage employee exits, including conducting exit interviews, processing termination paperwork, and ensuring proper knowledge transfer.
  • Implement strategies for knowledge retention and smooth transitions.
Administration & Facilities Management :
  • Oversee administrative functions such as office management, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage organizational resources effectively, including office supplies, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and trends to report on workforce performance, turnover, and other critical data.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with company objectives and drive business success.
Academic Qualifications, Skills and Working Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • 10 to 15 years of working experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 5 years as Human Resource and Administration Department Manager, preferably in the Manufacturing sector.
  • Saudi National only.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations.
  • Experience in managing the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
